I don't wear much jewelry but I do like sparkly things. When I use the plain plastic rings as stitch markers I just don't get any joy from them. Sure they are purple or green or blue but they are dull and my knitting deserves better. I have created jewelry for my knitting and it looks like this...
Sometimes the pattern will have you note front from back and I made jewelry for that as well. You just clip it to the front or back and let it shine.
There are also row counters. I made a counter system where you just slip the appropriate number onto the needle as you go. The beads are light weight and you don't need to set your knitting down to change the number on your row counter.
Of course once you have all those pretty stitch markers you need something nicer than a plastic baggie to keep them all in. Here's the little pouch I made to hold them.

Valentine's Day Craft
Sometimes the best projects are done while following directions step by step. That's not usually my forte but I try it now and again. For my boys' Valentine's Day Cards we used a template from The Long Thread and they turned out to be my favorite cards ever.
Hello Hand Crafts
I am starting my first ever craft blog. I'll be keeping a record of what I've made and what I'm working on. As a crafter with a short attention span I do A LOT of different crafts. As a way to pay for my habit I am going to start doing craft shows as well making items available here.
If you see something you like send me a message and check back often!
